We want to keep you informed about the ongoing updates regarding Canada Post services. Canada Post has gradually resumed operations, and Canadians have started to receive mail as their network is now fully operational.
- Post offices are now open, and parcels and letters can be dropped off as usual.
- Items held at local post offices during the strike will remain available for pick-up until December 17, 2024.
- Canada Post is processing mail and parcels on a first-in, first-out basis, focusing on the oldest items in the network first.
Delivery Delays:
Due to the recent disruption, Canada Post has suspended on-time delivery guarantees as they work to stabilize operations. Customers should anticipate delays in mail and parcel delivery through the remainder of 2024 and into January 2025.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. For the latest updates on Canada Post services, please visit canadapost.ca.
Thank you for your continued support.
Warm regards,
HYAKU Team
